Booking Requirements

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking

  • Full payment due 30 days prior to event

  • Minimum hire periods apply (see above)

  • Clear and direct access to power supply

  • Hard, flat surface for setup required

  • Indoor setup only

  • 8ft space between backdrop and booth needed

  • 7.5ft height clearance for backdrops

  • Setup times before 8am

  • Pack down times after 11pm

  • Travel outside 20km of 4037

  • Public holiday bookings

  • Difficult entry or setup areas
